When will I receive my order?
We ship the same day as long as payment is received before 3pm eastern time for ground orders or 4pm eastern time for Air orders, Call us if you have a special request and need your order shipped out the same day if it is after these posted hours. We may be able to accommodate you and have a warehouse tech deliver your package to the local UPS hub late at night if you need the order to get out that day. We offer FREE Ground Shipping (Continental US ONLY) on every online order over $99. For orders shipped via Ground, please use the Shipping Map below to determine when your order will arrive.

What is ‘Like New’ product?

“Like New” means the item has been gently used and reconditioned to a like new condition. One year warranty. These phones have been 100% tested and include brand new curly coiled cords, new paper desi labels, new plastic desi label covers and new line cord and new button kit/userguides.
‘Like New’ product is remanufactured to a virtually new condition
Modules, Processors, Voice mail systems, carriers are guaranteed to be like-new, completely tested and defaulted to factory specifications

What is the 30 Day Advance Replacement Service’?

If there are any problems with your Equipment in the first 30 days, we’ll ship you a replacement item along with a prepaid call tag to ship the original product back. The original product must be returned within 14 days to avoid being charged for the value of the replacement item. You must have a valid credit card on file to qualify for this service. Products shipped to international customers do not qualify for 30 day advance replacements.

Can I return my product?

Yes, All Equipment comes with a 1 yr warranty, We will replace or repair any defective item up to a year from the date of purchase.. We accept returns on working items as well. All working item return requests must be received within 14 days of the date of the invoice. A 20% restocking fee is charged on all working product returns. When a product is returned, the ‘Free Ground Shipping for Orders Over $100’ is waived, and the refund includes the total charge of the amount minus the shipping charge. Returned products must include all original packaging, documentation, accessories, and any other items originally included with the shipment. Incomplete or defective returns will be refused. All software and software transaction fees are purchased as-is and are not eligible for return. For items that are returned as defective, upon return to our warehouse, if they are found to be operational and working, you will be assessed a 20% condition verification fee. We reserve the right to apply these fees at our discretion for situations that warrant them. For any questions, or to request a return authorization, please call us at 770-831-0933.

Do you provide technical support?

We offer 60 days of free technical support to our customers for isolated feature-related and setup-related questions. This includes the majority of system feature questions, telephone user setup and feature questions, and voice mail setup questions. Extensive system support, programming and training is scheduled by appointment and charged hourly ($65/hour).
For initial installation and programming of complete phone or voicemail systems, we recommend contracting a professional installer and programmer.

Is Teleconnect Direct Inc environmentally responsible?

If a phone or phone cabinet no longer has a market value we Recycle it as Phone Scrap and it reenters the chain as materials.
